OCTOBER 18 & 19 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT | IN-PERSON *VICA VICTORIA*
This course will develop your skills and knowledge of how to manage a construction project. We will use the PMBoK (5th Edition) approach to gain an understanding of the various processes and constraints that project managers face on the job.
